While not great from a technical point of view, I think they needed to raise when they did to secure
a) The drill contractor to continue the 2 wells per month campaign
b) The increased leasing with the latest broker report stating they are attempting to double their acres. I would imagine they would want to stitch this up before Range release too many more results.
