If you think asking why the announcement states issued shares at an 18.5% discount to prevailing market prices, and yet the company blatently issues them to Deer Valley at 50% discount is "hot air", then you are in a dream world.

Lastly i dare say i still hold a lot more stock than you do, and i will also state i am thankful my head came in to play and i dumped plenty at .006..
