I'm happy with 35m. But anything over 40m, and the project, I think, will look a lot less attractive. Not having an underwriter probably isn't all that bad in the overall scheme of things, it's just that we probably wouldn't be plumbing new lows if we had one. The chart is looking terrible lately.
