    JT there is a possibility that the sell down was a part of the shannigans that have been going on over the past weeks and they did not get it off in time - their mistake - the sell down did not make any sense at all as the share trading of EMS has been quite predictable over the past month and they could have feed them out at a tick over 3 cents if thay had wanted to
