Did I say it won't be used - no.
All that I was suggesting is that the nature of the facility allows PAX to raise money if/when they need it and at the prevailing price (less discount) at the time the capital is needed....
That might well be at 5c or more, only time will tell?
Of course if they used the facility to raise significant funds at current prices the effect would be disastrous in terms of dilution...... but that is darn obvious to all & sundry.
