    Not a satisfactory explanation IMO.

    Why were UK traders allowed to continue to trade whilst Aussie traders were restricted ?

    As someone in the UK asked... I paraphrase...

    "where should the regulatory authorities look first when they investigate potential breaches in market abuse rules"
