What a load of politically correct BS!

Being a dark skinned type myself, I've been at the coal face (no pun intended ... I can make the joke because I'm black) of discrimination. I'm all for anti discrimination but surely that is just choosing the best person for the job regardless of x y or z.

But companies needing a diversity policy? May as well just admit you have been lobotomised and are prepared to regurgitate whatever the politically correct beaurocracy shove down your throat.
