I agree that nothing is a no brainer including the "highly regarded" European EPG, an unlisted co which future remains blurry at this time (still no funds raised despite promises, difficult political situation RE: non conventional gaz in Europe, French assets moved in an unlisted UK company are scrutinized, etc.)
Don't know which way current EPG UK management will go and whether they will in any case make it clear to shareholders.
