Agree we re headed for a legal battle but I doubt it should cost us more than 1 or 2m.
Supposing we prevail in courts, on the 4% we should compare it not on the revenue level but on the profit level which would then be much higher than 4% even taking into account we don t have a royalty on all their tenements. Do you agree with this?
