A manual input error. They were expecting 60g/t when they should've been expecting 45g/t. The ongoing grades are going to largely depend on the proportions of ore they blend from the boundary (~40g/t) and manuka (~80g/t) pits. A human based stuff up.

I notice the cash balance has grown to $15.7m. I don't know if the cash increase is due to drawdown of debt or the operations are actually producing a profit. Will probably look to buy a little over the week.
