Is it not illegal to 'fail to communicate'
Somebody knew. Somebodies knew. I dare not assert what those somebodies did. But look at how the share price behaved before everybody knew. Is this the reason TA exists. To get the 'drift' of what somebodies know. Because recent trading before the announcement was very anti fundamental
