    Goodie3shoes the reason the market cap is so low is due to the high levels od debt FFF has..... reduce the debt and market cap increases as risk ruduces.

    Lets not forget FFF makes money each year and is on a very small PR due to this debt.

    I feel if the deal goes ahead and recapitalisation to follow so will the rise in share price.
