Question for you to answer because I respect your knowledgeable take on the industry.

Now imagine the Board of Cobar made a phone call to you on your mobile phones. The board tells you look mate we think Ian Lawrence is not the right man for the job, we are hiring you. You are offered a great salary, with options and bonuses. To one corner you have a dejected workcrew, staff low in morale, and a few tonnes of Silver sitting on the other corner of the plant.

Now is your moment to shine, how would you go about turning around the situation and improve the plant and hence the share price.
