AC & E is not a small dodgey comapny if they invest in FFF and recapitalise with share consolidation FFF will benefit no end.

Share price will rise and debt will be about $10 million so dividends would be paid again....

I can only see this as very good news for FFF shareholders and brought in on the back of this agreement.

Fingers crossed they go ahead and sign the deal, this is a great turn around story in my view
