again capital raising?

    FWL has announced another SPP. In August only they raised capital. Also Mr.Menning hardly talks of MPI Project which was the core issue I participated in FWL. It was scheduled to complete and start by 2013; but no indication. I do not want to participate in this SPP. Any views?
