15/09/11 shane sadlier director resigned from trf

shane was a director of rol.

shane resigned from rol 02/11/12

shane sadlier held 2,374,278 trf shares as per the annual report of trf 2011

2012 he has no declaration as a substantial holder.

i checked for a sub sh notice and then realised he did not need to declare as not 5% nor longer a holder.

SO WHY DID HE SELL HIS BIG HOLDING IN TRF AS HE HAD BEEN A FOUNDING DIRECTOR ?

MAKE OF WHAT YOU WILL BUT I SEE HIS RESIGNATION FROM ROL WAS A DECENT SCRIBE WISHING HIM WELL WITH HIS SCOTSGOLD VENTURE.


my big Q is why did he sell out from trf with such a large holding. he may still hold some but your guess is a as good as mine.

al in, i feel the agm's were very disappointing.

time to definitely move on but watch i will continue to do.

my 85 bucks worth went to 100 today. i wish for all to get something out of it all but i prefer to take my dough and venture new ground.
