re: Ann: RBS Morgans releaes spotlight note o... Lucky enough to pick up a few more at 11.5, just missed the 11 but there were only a few sold down there. I think we should see a retest of 15 very soon. That would be a triple touch at that price point so my guess is that soon we will break out and hit 18. 1st qtr should see some real movement towards broker targets. We have some big instos placed now. They would IMO pick up the SPP shortfall and they are set now.
