The directors IMO are not letting on how much they have exactly in the bank...they don't want to return the cash.........but in a recent statement they said they will be full year break even so they willhave $86 mill plus any interest......say 90 mill.by f/y end....more than enough to give back 90 cents and still grow
Anyway at these prices its still 30% undervalued (at least IMO
