A funny co-incidence I'm sure.
A friend of mine who I went to uni with was living in W.A many years ago ( about 20 years in fact).
One day he was visiting the Fremantle yacht club and struck up a conversation with a gentlemen who after a while basically offered him a job. He stated his organisation was always looking for new talent.
He went on to state that the name of the organisation was "Paradice" The "Para" represented their paramilitary operations and the "dice" their gambling interests.
No association with our latest substantial holder I am sure, but I have never forgot his retelling of that experience.
