Thanks Dr Daz. I'm with you on the problems in the details, and the fluff in various announcements, but I've changed my sentiment to long term buy for PAX at current or lower prices.

Not because I think PAX can raise the project finance but more because I think they're becoming a takeover target in one way or another. If they actually get a PPA or two in place for a price which is at least acceptable then, with the time-consuming negotiations out of the way, a big brother might step in to take over implementation. The sp can't go much lower and the actual projects seem technically solid, so the signs are looking very interesting to me.
