According to the corresponding ASX announcement (http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20121105/pdf/42b03vg2cxgw12.pdf p.3-4) they paid $ 3,998,320.60 for a total of 16,157,463 shares which converts into a price of $ 0.2475 per share.
As this is significantly below market price during the accumulation period from 17 September 2012 through 1 November 2012, they must have bought these shares off-market.
