CPA is looking like a good buy at $1.02, i say a 1,000,000 Buyer at $1.03 the other day, theres a buyer who wants 1,500,000 at 95c, dont think it will fall that low,

i have noticed every 2 or 3yrs CPA does a HUGE placement like 50million or 80million shares, we havent had a huge placement for a couple of yrs now, i wonder if CPA will announce any placement any time soon?

i would be accumulating at these levels for the yield itself.
