If I understand it correctly, you were not a shareholder when these alleged "ultimatums" occured. What is your source? Where is your evidence?
And I do not agree with you at all on these points other than the share price got to 2.2c. That is a - FACT -.
And I think our - OPINION - differs substantially as to the board's effort in allowing the price to fall and their motivation. In my - OPINION - they did it as the wanted to benefit from the lower price so that they could issue shares to themselves at a low price - FACT -.
