Excuse my ignorance but why does the SP not reflect the Talon value? It seems as Agent said - to be exactly half the SP of SEA. But shouldn't the TXN SP include half of SEA value + whatever Talon value will be included? Or do Talon shares get converted only for holders of TXN shares prior to today's announcement?
