    Not sure why everyone complaining.

    Look at the positive side of this deal. Perhaps what they have done is not what you wanted but could be more profitable in the longer term.

    The way, I see it, according to various sources/news, US would be biggest producer of Oil/gas by 2017/2020 and even bigger than Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, BHP and probably others looking at possibility of exporting Gas to Asia from US. Hence, many big producer are now investing in the US.

    Smaller companies need to merge and create a bigger entities and hence they would be more viable for takeover at higher prices.

    Everyone, seems to agree that SEA management are very capable and they could indeed make the newly formed entity very successful. Give them time and be positive.
