I think (as its been pointed out by others) that Texon have decided that any deal will do and cant be bothered dealing with it anymore. The previous sale they put together failed to achieve what they projected and this has ended the same. I really hope I get egg on my face and they have some sort of ulterior motive (say in 3 months when this merger/demerger is done and dusted, they announce they have acquired bountiful acres in the East Texas project and the Talon SP rockets over the following 6 months). Wishful thinking perhaps but I'll have to stick around to find out I guess. Now that I have had my whinge I have to say i'm glad it is being merged with Sundance. I hold a few and have been happy with their progress since buying in. SEA wins in this "proposed outcome" but the big winners will be Mason and Douglas et al
