it all derives around the price of the efs acres

some are saying it has no value and that texon holders would vote for sea script and sweet nothing added.

imho texon have a requirement to sell the asset at the correct price, and even marathon has $25 k on wilson county acres that are basically unproven and not desirable..

i cant see the advantage of giving it to sea for nothing, but i am shareholder of txn not sea.

it will be interesting and within 48 hours we will know the deal.
