In all fairness, I think PK is right. VTI has to get a successful outcome from this substantial trial at I99 first. Otherwise, really, what has VTI to show for? Only great trial results done in lab or controlled environment. No real big test in a reputable country. This I99 is the one that will either break or make VTI, I believe. Until then, there is really nothing much for VTI to market. And to try and do so would cost much much more. Patience. Once I99 is successful, then it would be just like 'a painting that paints a thousand words'. Nothing tells it best like a real life in situ results. That is when the business will start to pour in.
As for keeping shareholders informed. That again is quite hard to draw a line. I was following the MTN thread with great interest. Its management tried so hard to keep its shareholders informed. It ultimately overcooked it and hence comes across as trying to ramp its stock. So far, VTI is doing OK with managing their news. NOT great but OK. Rather this than having them announcing this and that causing huge volatility which is not good for long term shareholders, really.
Anyway, the above is just my take on the situation. Rightly or wrongly, only time will tell.
Cheers.
