I am sitting on a huge paper loss with PAX so I would like to see a positive announcement but I have to tell you that this is not it. This is a terrible deal! What can we as PAX shareholders look forward to? Endless dilution at depressed share prices! For my sanity, please tell me I have this wrong. I was hoping management would be able to sell a stake in the projects for funding or something novel like a bond sale using the projects as collateral.
