Heck, if they raised at 0.5 when the market was running at 0.6 well, there's your 18%.
The market is so thinly traded (and arguably played) that the price on a day to day basis is irrelevant in any event.
The PPAs and financing will see a major re rating - if you haven't got the patience - sell out and put your money elsewhere - totally your choice.

Get over it - it's a stop gap safety net..... they have enough cash till well into the new year. This is just in case the bigger deals (just might) take longer than anticipated - what would you have done if you were running the show?
Deer couldn't sell on market any real volume even if they wanted to.....
It's easy to criticize from behind the keyboard.
