Re Australian geothermals.. In the last 24 hours the average wholesale price per MWh has been $53.20 (NSW), $50.56 (QLD), $46.56 (SA), $49.59 (TAS) and $51.08 (VIC).

Unless EGS can demonstrate similar pricing they'e going to be waiting a long time until the carbon price gets significant. At the start everyone went for the technology dream but now financial reality has struck. I can't see anyway out of it in the sharemarket.
