There isn't a benefit in hanging on now unless someone is going to take a blocking stake.
If they up the offer they have to pay the increased offer to everyone that accepted. That's the rules.

I guess if they start having trouble getting to 90% they'll either extend or up the offer slightly.

The way things are going I doubt they'll have trouble making 90%.

The thing is if they don't make 90% and close the offer DLS can't have another crack for 6 months and they are limited to how much they can purchase on-market without getting in trouble.
