    I could not agree more with you. Who can argue against the points you make? Nobody!!

    Every one of my emails has gone unanswered. I have never asked for price sensitive information, yet at the very least I expect a reply stating "sorry we cannot answer your questions at this time".

    Seriously is that too much trouble?
