What you are telling us here on hc, we already know. All this is old news. Preaching to the converted :) I'ts like a merry go around, same blah different day !!

Unfortunately (for me) I have lost faith in SC & management. SC and management need to be 'OPPORTUNISTS' grab the bulls by the horn at EVERY opportunity and just in case there aren't any opportunities well...........MAKE SOME !!
