Swan made crappy beer anyway, so who cares, Gage however makes a wonderful brew that's the only reason i bought the stock, if they do well, I'll drink to their success, if they fail I'll be doing a similar thing.
My only concern is that they are a contract supplier and WOW's history with contract suppliers is not pretty, take a look at the dairy industry.
