I really feel for any long term holders.
The small amount of money raised really does paint a bleak picture for the company. Their assurances that large holders have expressed support for the raising is not the same as having the cash in bank.

Retail holders are finally not going to be the never ending piggy bank.

I respect the new management for attempting to revive the company.
