    Don't have to wait for the 90% I believe they can make application to have this % reduced if it is the best interest of SH.

    BTW another 10million+ 2.2% today takes it close to 61% so DLS will just keep chipping away with 2 weeks to run.

    It just makes sense now to take the offer because ACN wasn't doing it for its shareholders.
