Bw - well 28.5 is in the bank and I've got to 19/11 to change my mind. The prospect of DLS delisting ACN would be my greatest concern for holding out. So I will concede defeat and happily take my decent profit if necessary if DLS get a certain %. However if they were to find they couldn't get over say65-75%, then it could be interesting. And you can't rule out a left field bid. I also have a feeling DLS is fully priced right now (before ACN bid) and they ran to about $1.75 before sliding back to $1 and back to current levels, so I suspect they would struggle to get much upside in their SP anyway and I'm not certain they can really afford ACN and eventually market may punish them - so I don't know that I would sell ACN to buy DLS unless DLS came off to around $1.20 - had SXY come out on top, I would have more likely sold to buy them. Anyway, I just feel someone other than DLS must have had Acer on their radar and we are worth a good deal more.
