During the year Eastland registered a new subsidiary, Malaria Research Company Pty Ltd. The purpose of this company is to become the holding company for the Malarial assets. This company will be structured to become the trade sale vehicle for ArTiMist™.
ArTiMist™ is being developed by Eastland as a turn-key trade sale opportunity project. Eastland will continue to develop the project and work towards gaining Regulatory approvals leading to Marketing Authorisations in the appropriate markets
