For what it's worth I agree with FX on this one. I can't see any useful reform of the Board unless the exiting major shareholders like "Andrew" push for the Board to commit to two new independent directors with appropriate skill sets and approach the Australian Institute of Comapany Directors for advice on filling these positions. (AICD regularly email FAICD members with lists of positions requiring skilled directors and I think they also maintain a register of suitable candidates).
But like FX my money is on the big fix.
