love to know if CITIC is the elephant in the room which are playing hardball with billing re: molyhill offtakes -

it is common knowledge to the long termers of this stock that CITIC said that they would endevour to estab.lish a replacement offtake agreement with thor mining once metal prices recover from the 2008 levels- correct me if im wrong, but although the dfs released earlier this year wasnt really as good as it gets imo, it is still substantially better than what it was in 2008 when CITIC originally signed offtake agreements with us and furthermore, metal prices have increased substantially since 2008- so could it be that they want back in ?
