    re: Ann: Recommended cash offer for takeover ... iceman, you'e mentioned above the discount- now 20% under the cash offer. Here I was, thinking it had already gotten away post-bid, but now there is 20% left? Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is the market building in a bit of uncertainty, or is it just a time thing?
