    My fuzzy memory recalls a ccompany a few years ago which had a T?O reach the 40s. there was then a creep until they got over 50% and another lowish cash offer, followed by a bit more creep. Eventually they owned about 85% and made a generous scrip offer - game over.

    Of course, this game finished while I wasn't watching. LOL
