RB,
It seems that the directors have valued the shares at 7 cents!
They would have given confidence to shareholders if they had paid or converted them at least for 10 cents each.
It shows two things:-
1. The management is out to get all they can from shareholders.
2. Management HAS put a value on the company with their dealings.
3. Management have no concern for shareholders by the actions they have/are taken/taking!
