    Well this is a pleasant surprise!

    "I am pleased to report that Boulder has made excellent progress on the EIS"

    so much so that

    "all 21 sections have been submitted & all 21 accepted by the Coordinater General as meeting the terms of refernce"

    I say please release the Competitive Study "that will assist the Company in fund raising efforts"

    Sellers have thinned to just a few & I do think EIS progress will surprise others also. May run up a bit from here on public display & promotion of EIS.
