JonathanS, The damage to the share price (in a up market) is a direct result of putting Resolution 8 in the AGM Agenda.
I trust all readers are complaining to Austal and asking for Resolution 8 to be removed. It was only put in as a hypothetical and directors have stated they have no plans to raise funds.
