I have not had time to read all the material yet but it seems that you have hit the nail on the head.
I suppose the reason that Mr Goh might not be paying interest is to make up for the fall in price to 7 cents - and we might wonder how they achieved that!
It will be interesting to see what the new 'governance standards' reveal:)
