I wonder if there may also be an issue here with the buyer - otherwise there should be no issue in advising the name of the buyer - considering they are going to be 15% shareholders and WILL be declared in the Top 20 in due course:)

They always seem to want to hide things and not be up front and open with shareholders!

I have printed out the NEW Board Charters to read later to see WHAT focus there is on shareholders. Their bonuses are supposed to take shareholders interest into consideration and, - that certainly has not been the case so far.

Bonuses WITHOUT PROFIT I would like to see how Good Corporate Governance supports that action!
