a new broom at watpac. been watching and recently finished the latest AR. suspect of the mining slowdown but do not see that too much of a problem. i liked the odd watpac developments i saw in brissy over the yrs but not the costly parking at fortitude valley multi storey car park lol. however, owning a few shares in this outfit might just get me back some of my hard earnt dough i gave to park my little cart.
on a different note, i wonders if this might just be the start of another leighton ? back in 1991 when i first came across leighton it was a very different story to today. has watpac got the ambition ? interesting ?
40's bought his ticket. forgot to tell the driver 'where to' tho, so could be on this bus for a long time.
nta (excluding intangibles) is way way way above todays price. the balance sheet has been cleaned up nicely as far as i'm concerned and the direction changed to a solid positive plan.
