It,s a pity they have only one "possibility" and that it is in the Phillipines. PEL should IMO be treated as a Highly Speculative share. Company should be commended for keeping the number of shared down which if/when the S & D Order was lifted could bring some life back into the share. Maybe the natives will get hungry for work and give the project the go ahead again. LYC have similar greens trouble so PEL is not alone ! Will be watching for a possible re-entry
